Happy New Year to everyone,

the next in-person IETF meeting is in two months, so I would like to clarify
how are we going to accept and schedule the presentation time for drafts.

The dnsop is usually quite busy and we were able to fill up 3 hours with
presentation material. We would like to be more stringent on the proposals.

Generally speaking, the working group business happens on the mailing list
and this should stay like this.

Given that, the rule of the thumb is basically that we are going to accept
presentations:

Adopted Drafts (Current Work):
- that have open issues and seek feedback from the mailing group
- that report a progress that's of general interest of the dnsop WG
- that are close to the WG LC and want to motivate people to get more reviews

Proposed Drafts (Future Work):
- the drafts need to be posted on the mailing list first and there needs
to be enough interest in the draft
- the discussion needs to be generally positive

Basically, we want to have more focused and more fast-paced meetings.

Cheers,
Ondrej
