I do not understand the point of this document and the abstract doesn’t make it clear to me. It seems to write down a bunch of DNS IANA registry data and formats best not listed again in an RFC because it will be out of date pretty quickly. If the document is making registry changes to DNS registries, it would be helpful if that was the document’s only content. It should avoid repeating core RFC packet formats it is not changing.
