Hi Peter,

My understanding of the IETF LC discussion and resulting AD's decision was that 
both dnsop-structured-dns-error and draft-nottingham-public-resolver-errors 
should be discussed in Madrid, but I don't see the latter on the agenda. What's 
the intent here?
