Honestly, I hope it doesn't happen. When I had an idea for some email headers, I went into Mailsec and asked if that would be the right WG for it. Probably not, but there were like 10 WGs where it might be relevant. I did not like what I saw, I had no idea where to present it. Not sure if anyone did.
