I cannot answer for what might be cooked in since I did not port this over to the arm device on which it's running. But I can say that the configuration file lacks the log-dhcp parameter (and has for the last three or so reboots), and that the startup command is:
Dnsmasq -D >From my /etc/rc.local script. At present, there is no /etc/init.d/dnsmasq script present on the server.
