Dear Viktor,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the inconvenience.

Our team is working on the maters and it is currently recovering.

In the meantime I confirm that the best way to reach out to AFRINIC DNS team is through [email protected]. Then you will for sure get at least one person to respond to you ASAP.

Best regards,

Hi Randy, Viktor,

another day of no response from afrinic, and i guess i should ask the
iana to remove them from the NS RRset for GN and LR.

anyone have a way to get afrinic dns folk's attention?
Try the address [email protected]. This is the address I use when
I need to ask for configuration changes or alert them about problems.
I forwarded Randy's message to [email protected] and got an auto-reply
with the subject tagged with "[DNS #825742]" as the ticket number, and a
"Reply-To" dns-master. So with a bit of luck that'll match your
suggestion.
