Does anyone know who is currently taking care of the DNSsec operations for .org domain?
We used to contact “register.com” for the manual DS Record Rollover of kasetsart.org (they do not provide automated method) and the responses were usually swift. But this time around, there is no response at all, even after 2 attempts and 14 calendar days. The impact upon us can be seen at: https://dnsviz.net/d/kasetsart.org/dnssec/ So I am now wondering whether we were contacting the wrong team, and register.com is no longer responsible for DNSsec operations of .org Can anyone give us a pointer?
