I'm willing to work with others to update the RUF draft to keep it in. I propose that we go through it section by section. It is important that we stay within the scope of the recharter and avoid scope creep.Hopefully we will show progress by the time of the IETF DMARC meeting.

Let me remind you there were discussions and changes in November and January. All the issues were closed. At that point the draft was considered ready, until the surprise closure in March.

It's okay to go through it section by section. If there are sections that are more problematic than others, let's start with those.
