is:

{% for key,value in value.items %}
<h3>{{ key.0|date:"H.i" }} - {{ key.1|date:"H.i" }}</
h3>
{{ value }} // Array handling
{% endfor %}
{% endfor %}
Changed third line from value to value.items and everything is fine.
