You should create an admin class and override its queryset method.
Something like this:
class EntryAdmin(admin.ModelAdmin):
...
def queryset(self, request):
qs = qs = super(EntryAdmin, self).queryset(request)
qs = qs.filter(specify your filter criteria)
return qs
admin.site.register(Entry, EntryAdmin)
