Take a look at django.forms.widgets.RadioFieldRenderer
Subclass it, specifically the 'render' method. Then add the 'render'
param to your form's RadioSelect, i.e.
book_type = forms.ChoiceField(
choices = BOOKCHOICES,
widget=forms.RadioSelect(renderer=RadioFieldRendererSubclass)
)
