Hi,
in need of an extended user model I followed the
little tutorial on
http://www.b-list.org/weblog/2006/06/06/django-tips-extending-user-model:
1. I created a model
2. I added AUTH_PROFILE_MODULE ='my_apps.my_model_name' to my setting
But when I try to get the data from my extension (like
u.get_profile().some_field
the following error is thrown:

except (ImportError, ImproperlyConfigured):
