 If I understand correctly, the plan is:
 1. Deprecate `json__key__iexact=None` (currently meaning
 `__json__key__isnull=True`), and point users to use `__isnull=True`
 instead.
 2. After the deprecation period, change `__json__key__iexact=None` to
 match JSON null.
