Updated the styling for the warning banner displayed on the development
version of the documentation.
The new design uses a gradient background, rounded borders, monospace
font, and animation for visual clarity and modern feel.
Inspired by PR #2101, which added the base functionality, this PR builds
on top of it by enhancing the UI experience.
