New description:
It is currently difficult to use the admin shortcut feature with a screen
reader.
As stated in the title, even when the button is clicked, focus does not
move directly to the target element, causing inconvenience as users have
to go through all other elements before reaching it.

The way to solve this issue is to set focus to a specific element in the
dialog when the button is clicked.
However, some discussion may be needed to decide exactly which element
should receive focus.
