Support for threaded option has been desupported from python-oracledb 2.0
and higher. Now threading is always used. Also the minimum version of
python-oracledb supported by django is 2.3.0. So setting the threaded
option of Oracle database configuration raises ''connect() got an
unexpected keyword argument 'threaded''.
So it needs to be removed from the
