I have addressed the issues brought up from the last round of PR review:
- Updated `versionadded` to target 6.0
- Replaced the `NONCE` singleton class with a string
- Added CSP settings checks
- Moved the CSP constants from `django.conf` to the recommended places
- Documented the CSP constants
