#36097: Remove the geographic database functions summary table

The Geographic database function summary table is malformed and slightly
misleading (rows make it seem like all functions relate to each other)
It is also fairly difficult to update.
I believe this table is there to group the functions. Instead of a table I
believe we should group the functions with headers
