I can't find anything else that can be merged separately.
I rebased [https://github.com/django/django/pull/18056 Fixed #373 -- Added
CompositePrimaryKey.]
It looks big but there are only 442 lines of code changes in `django`, the
rest are `docs` and `tests`.
Any review is appreciated.
