I cannot reproduce your issue, when running `test`, `makemigrations`, or
`migrate`, an error is raised in all cases:

SystemCheckError: System check identified some issues:
ERRORS:
test_one.DummyModel.dummy_field: (fields.E120) CharFields must define a
