 When I read the ticket description, my first reaction was the same as
 Tim's: a test case, to me, is unequivocally the class inheriting from
 `TestCase`.

 But, after reading the follow up comments and links, I also agree with Tim
 that being more explicit (which is better than implicit :-)) can benefit
 future readers.
