 This was intentionally changed in b1d6b0a7b121eec860b518b4903d7c8c74f7773b
 (see also #26098). I'm not sure what kind of alternative you're proposing,
 we definitely don't want to copy `OpenLayers.js` to the Django repository.
 It's also [https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/stable/ref/contrib/gis/forms-
 api/#django.contrib.gis.forms.widgets.OpenLayersWidget documented] that
 `cdnjs.cloudflare.com` is used for `OpenLayersWidget`.
