I am not talking about replicating any code-base whatsoever. What I am 
proposing instead is official django support for pytest. Kind of like how 
django supports argon2 for password hashing. We can make this a feature 
using *pip install django[pytest]* and make appropriate changes to the 
*startproject 
*command to create some sane test and configuration files.
