Really glad Jacob stepped up on the DEP; I was thinking when I wrote my last email that that'd be the ideal solution, but I didn't want to put anyone else on the spot (I almost volunteered myself, but I don't think I'm quite sold enough yet to be a good advocate). I hope the conversation on the technical topics goes well (I think you've been doing a great job with it so far on these latest threads) and a satisfactory resolution is reached in time for a merge into 1.10.
