Where does it say that? I can't find any reference in the v1.0 or
current development docs that say that OneToOne relationships will be
changing: The three primary sources for OneToOne Fields:

http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/ref/models/fields/#onetoonefield
http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/topics/db/queries/#one-to-many-relationships
http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/topics/db/models/#one-to-one-relationships

all describe the current behaviour without suggesting that this
behaviour will change.

The version 0.96 docs had a comment to this effect, but that comment
was removed when we actually made the change that was being referred
to.

Can you provide a link to the documentation that suggests
OneToOneFields will change?
