Hi folks -- Just to make sure everyone's on the same page: Joseph and I have talked about this in person quite a bit, and I'm a strong +1 (if that's possible).
I don't feel strongly about the particulars -- Russell's proposal is interesting, but I haven't thought it through fully -- but I fully support the general idea. I think this leads to a good place.
