sqlinitialdata _was_ implemented, but it's been removed in favour of
the new syncdb command. syncdb has been under development this week -
it looks like Jacob put initdata stuff back in with r2482.

Thanks for the report, though. Does Jacob's patch restore all the
behaviour you need? Can we close out your ticket?
