There's a list of user-contributed documentation on the front page of the wiki which you are welcome to add things to:

http://code.djangoproject.com/wiki

The joy of wikis though is that anyone is welcome to refactor them if they think there's a better way in which the information can be organised. If the new way sucks, it's trivial to change it back again.
