Yep. Just try to reorder stuff without drag and drop. I did it using select in some of my apps and a) it's no fun to build it b) users don't get it c) major reorg (move from top to bottom) is looong for long lists d) wastes a lot of vertical space to prevent scrolling Let's admit that "no Ajax" means more limitations of GUI.
