Thank you both very much for the suggestions and direction! 

 

My client has apparently been "living" with this issues for some time
and only recently has it's becoming more acute and turned into a real
issue.

 

And I will say, I will never run a CF server without FusionReactor in
the future. Thanks to a little poking around and monitoring we've been
able to identify the issue and hopefully have it fixed soon.
