Ajas, While others are better able to answer this question than myself, I believe that the Developer Edition simply is a trial of the Enterprise edition. One way you can verify that you have the Enterprise edition features is to see if you can access the server monitor in the cfadministrator. This is a feature that goes away as soon as you enter in a standard edition registration key. (After using it for 30days, I missed it when it was gone.)
You do not want to keep a live site on the developer edition, I think that after 30 days it will start restricting you to only 2 ip addresses.
