Such a board will not.  It has the 2108 chipset, which is mr_sas.  The only
mr_sas-driven board I know that does JBOD is the low-end ones based on the
2008 chipset with the "skinny" firmware.  In *theory* other chipsets could do
raid, but LSI really likes their HW raid.  :(

Find something based on the 2308 chipset that uses "Fusion MPI 2.0".  The
920x boards from LSI would probably fit the bill here.
