Hello Pedro, I understand your question in a different way. No one can prohibit a gpl software to be sold andno one can prohibit it to its downstream distributor. But it looks like this software is licensed under a CC licence, non commercial, BY and SA, which does make its open source nature problematic and not GPL.
As for ODF the Oasis is in charge of developing it but the promotion campaigns are supposed to be shared by various groups and various implementors. TDF is however not responsible for OX'own wording.
