With LibreOffice 3.3 Portable gaining some credible user and potential
user interest, and with 3.3.1 is RC2 as of this writing, this would
seem to be a logical question, indeed.

I think this question is best asked to the guys who are working on
making this app portable. From what I have read tweaks need to be made
before the app is actually portable.
