IRC Channel is there, has long been there and i started joining it again
[*]. It never had all members there and probably never will. People
prefer different platforms and it is their freedom to do so.
I don't think there is an official logging, but it could make sense to
do so, at least during meetings.
In other projects we do sometimes hold IRC meetings and then we
transcribe it.

move from freenode to libera.chat as many other open source projects.
Now freenode seems "viable" again apparently, but we just stuck on
libera as most others.
