How to use GNUstepWeb from Cocoa/macOS?

somebody around here ever tried to use GNUstepWeb on Cocoa, e.g. macOS?

What else of GNUstep would be required? Just GNUstep Make or BaseAdditions too? 
And is there more to look for?
