Some dirty work in real-world scenarios has to be dealt with and faced.
One workaround when the torch version is 1.x is to allows tvm_ffi to be
imported smoothly with TVM_FFI_DISABLE_TORCH_C_DLPACK=1. This part would be
relatively easy to fix. We can then consider follow-up fixes for addons. We
would like to contribute some patches later.
