   ## Summary of Changes

Hello @Hzfengsy, I'm Gemini Code Assist[^1]! I'm currently reviewing this
pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a
summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request introduces a significant new debugging utility by adding a
`DumpIR` pass instrument. This instrument allows developers to easily capture
and inspect the state of the IR after each transformation pass, which is
crucial for understanding complex compiler optimizations and pinpointing
issues. Alongside this new feature, the PR also includes important refactoring
by renaming a core `PassContext` component and performing general code cleanup,
contributing to a more robust and maintainable codebase.

   ### Highlights

   * **New Pass Instrument: DumpIR**: A new pass instrument, `DumpIR`, has been
added which automatically dumps the Intermediate Representation (IR) module to
files after each pass execution. This is highly beneficial for debugging and
understanding the transformations applied by passes.
   * **IR Snapshot Features**: The `DumpIR` instrument saves IR to sequentially
numbered files (e.g., `000_PassName.py`, `001_PassName.py`). It includes an
optional `refresh` parameter to clean the dump directory before starting, and a
safe directory removal mechanism that only deletes the directory if it
exclusively contains previously dumped IR files. Graceful error handling is
also implemented for cases where IR script generation fails.
   * **PassContext Renaming**: The `RelayPassContextThreadLocalStore` has been
renamed to `PassContextThreadLocalStore` to reflect its broader applicability
beyond just Relay, improving clarity and consistency.
   * **Code Cleanup and Type Hinting**: Unused includes have been removed from
`src/ir/transform.cc` and `src/tir/transforms/unroll_loop.cc`. Additionally,
type hints have been added to the `run_after_pass` and `run_before_pass`
methods of `PrintAfterAll` and `PrintBeforeAll` respectively, enhancing code
readability and maintainability.
