Can you try modifying your PYTHONPATH assignment not to use the shell expansion with `~` such as, I believe: `PYTHONPATH=$PYTHONPATH:/home/tvm/python` Optionally you could also try using tlcpack (https://tlcpack.ai) and a regular virtualenv.
