no, I mean in cmake.config, set llvm config and recompile libtvm.so from tvm source code. see https://tvm.apache.org/docs/install/from_source.html#developers-get-source-from-github. Install tvm from source, and export to PYTHON_PATH, and it will be visible to conda env.
