i also error same you, after i add to bashrc two line:

export PATH=/usr/local/cuda/bin${PATH:+:${PATH}}$

export 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/cuda/lib64${LD_LIBRARY_PATH:+:${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}}

and solved!
