Paul, Well! Had this been in the howto it would have saved us all a lot of time, effort, and grief. The howto shows: "First, the client specifies the host target. client is the hostname, and possibly username, necessary to access the filesystem on the target machine specified by tree. client: [email protected]" While the text says hostname the example shows the domain, too. That's what threw me off. Perhaps a re-write of that section would be appropriate. Now salmo-data is initializing; I'll do the other three vaults next. Thanks very much!
