Hi, I am new to direct fb. I am working on creating an application that can composite other directfb applications surfaces and windows after applying certain transformations.
I apologize in advance if my questions lacks sense. Are all the surfaces in directfb offscreen surfaces? Is there a way in directfb to redirect surfaces to offscreen storage for rendering (e.g. in Xcomposite that can be done by redirection)? I want to have the surface content of any dfb application to be redirect to offscreen storage which is then processed by my compositor application which will then render it. Is that possible? Any good suggestion to do this is appreciated.
