I have taken over authorship + maintenance of licensecheck, and packaged
it as a separate package which entered unstable a moment ago.
To acknowledge my takeover, please drop licensecheck and its
bash-completion + tests from devscripts, and instead recommend/suggest
licensecheck.
If you disagree with the takeover, then I guess best is to reassign this
bug to licensecheck and use it to discuss further...
