This is primarily for all of the package developers who are not on the
KiCad developer chat. I plan on tagging 10.0.0-rc2 at 5PM EST today.
If you have not been following recent library developments, Python is
now a build requirement when building the KiCad symbol library. Please
update your packaging scripts accordingly.
