Please consider the FEC-fish files 'broken' and fix.  Having people 
FEC-uploading
with fproxy build 495 having their files Just Not Work is a bad thing.

Eventually, if we need to make radical changes to the block-pattern of FEC
a FECv2 can be implemented.  A gratuitous change like this is just bad.

Revert fproxy, fix fyshtools, everything is happy.
