So it seems pretty tough to persuade people to use a bug tracking
system, perhaps because it is web based.  Another alternative, which I
am willing to install on hawk if there is a demand, is "debbugs",
debian's email-based bug tracking system.  It does have a web interface,
and seems to work quite well for debian.

Does anyone think that this is a good idea?
