I am not an expert on this, but I have a suspicion that quantum
computers can crack *any* assymetric algorithm, present or future.

There are communication mechanisms which actually use quantum means
to transmit information such that if it was intercepted in any way,
you would know (so you could use this to transmit a one-time pad, and
if anyone intercepted it, you just send a different one, until the
whole things gets through uninterrupted).  Obviously, Quantum
computers could not be used to attack such a mechanism.
