Mac OS has only a single one, I think. There is no hibernate.

I think (the currently unsafe) suspend should be hybrid by default,
when hybrid available.

Hibernate, for me, is really if I want to put my laptop in the shelf
to wake it up next week, or so. And no battery lasts that long. :)
