This has been discussed at QtCS. The problem is that this would "just" imply an easier development of Qt itself, but not necessarily a better development *with* Qt, as we don't really expose concepts as public APIs. Does that convenience of development for ourselves outweigh the market for platforms that are limited to C++17?
